                                                Investment Proposal 

          “Time Will Never Tell” is a Sci-Fi Web-Series that will be published on Amazon Prime Video.  Amazon Prime members will be able to see the web series for free and non-prime members can rent or buy.  Amazon will pay $0.06 per hour viewed by prime members and payout half of the sales. We will set the rental price of $2.00 and the buy price at $10.00 per episode. The profits will be shared by the amount of investment made.

           Each $600 invested is equal to 1% per episode of the episode investing in. 

Investment opportunity not exceeding 30% of the total shares per episode.   

Based on a $30,000 budget for each episode and 10 days of filming. 

$2,500 budget per filming day and 5,000 post production cost. 

Your investment will go to the cost of hiring cast and crew, pay for location cost, food and props. Exc.

The goal is to create ten episodes per season.

         Time Will Never Tell is a story of Joe and his journey through time. He finds love and danger. Joe is a kind man who wants to find his way home while others want to use time travel for profit and will hurt those who get in their way. While Joe is captured, he is forced to a life of crime. He finds love in his struggle to survive. 

Episode One – The Discovery

          In this episode, scientist discovers an object that opens up windows in time.

Episode Two - Time-watcher

          The government has a time watch agency.  

Episode Three - A Beach of A Day.

          Joe as a child and his family at the beach.

Episode Four – Finding my way home

          Joe is looking for a way home.
